The Four Noble Truths are the essence of Buddhism. They represent a conceptual framework for understanding our path to enlightenment through detachment. They provide a reminder to me about the impermanence of life, much like how the seasons change beyond our control. The four seasons represented in this painting demonstrate this teaching.
